Tony is Jeff's friend and roommate at the Snow Wood Boarding House. He helps Jeff escape the Boarding house. In battle, he attacks just like Picky.

Tony appears to have a crush on Jeff, signaling homosexuality.

He calls Ness in Summers and asks for the player's name, as part of a school project.

He prays for Jeff's safety when the party is fighting Giygas. After the battle, if Ness teleports to Winters, he says that Jeff hasn't been calling him, and asks Ness if he's annoying. Tony dismisses the thought and asks Ness if Ness asked Jeff not to call him. This shows that Tony is very clingy.
