PSI Starstorm is a PSI spell exclusive to Poo. He learns it from the Star Master.

Use

PSI Starstorm is one of the more powerful PSI spells in Mother 2. In it's omega form, it's power rivals that of PSI Rockin.

Super Smash Bros Brawl

PSI Starstorm is Ness' Final Smash in the game. It causes blue "stars" of PSI to fall down in a fan-like position. Ness calls it PK Starstorm in this game, but it's real name would be PSI Starstorm, due to Ness using PSI spells while Lucas used PK spells.
