PSI Freeze is a PSI spell that both Paula and Poo can use. It only appears in Mother 2.

Use

PSI Freeze is able to freeze an enemy. It also hits a single enemy, and usually causes intense damage to it. One foe means more power against that foe. PSI Freeze is used primarily by Paula and Poo. Paula is able to use it's power completely. In other words, she is able to use PSI Freeze Ω. Poo is able to use the alpha to gamma forms. Paula is able to use them all.
