The Masked Man is an enemy hidden behind a mask that's more like a helmet. Starting at Chapter 4, he is led by Porky, who wants to awaken the Dark Dragon. He is the only other person in the world besides Lucas that knows PK Love, so he has the power to pull out the Seven Needles. He rules over the Pigmasks as a general and uses their powers to defeat Lucas and co. He was unbeatable to Lucas and friends because of his powerful lightning attacks, but with the help of the Franklin Badge, his attacks no longer affect Lucas, so he then challenges them with "fair" fights.
