Jeff Andonuts is a boy genius who lives in Winters. His father is Dr. Andonuts

Life

Jeff lives in Snow Wood Boarding House with his roommate Tony. One night, when he receives a psychic message from Paula Polestar, he immediately tries to leave. Tony will wake up and tells Jeff he will need his assistance. Outside, Tony gives Jeff a boost out the gate and is left behind. Nearby, he enters the drug store and meets with the Bubble Monkey. The monkey joins him in exchange for some gum. He then encounters a bunch of watchmen that says that they are looking for Tessie. Bubble Monkey will summon her and gives them a ride to the south bank across Tessie's lake. Soon he encounters a maze and it's creator Brick road. When he clears it, he goes off and soon parts with Bubble monkey and finds his father, Dr. Andonuts'. In his lab, he will instruct Jeff to use the Sky Runner and fly to Threed to save Ness and Paula.

Abilities

Jeff can't use PSI but he can use certain items the party can't like the all-powerful Bottle Rockets, or special machines like the Heavy Bazooka. He also can repair broken items like the broken spray can when everyone rests for the night. His ability to repair them depends on his IQ stat. He has no PP, so don't be concerned when Mad ducks attack or an enemy that uses PSI magnet.
