Black Antoids are enemies found in Earthbound. They are first found in the cave before Giant Step. There are other variants of them as well, including the Giant Step guardian Titanic Ant.

Skills and Appearances

Black Antoids are able to use Lifeup α. As such, they can heal their minor HP (34) to max. Ness is able to easily dispatch them with a single PSI Rockin, but one or two bash attacks often do the trick. They serve as minions to the Titanic Ant, helping him in his fight against Ness.
