Alec

Alec is Lucas's and Claus's grandfather. He is first seen at his house in the beginning of the game, telling you that Lucas does not know how to ram yet. He tells you how to press the "B" Button to run into things, so the game can continue. When Lucas, Claus, and Hinawa go missing, Flint goes up into the mountains to talk to Alec. Alec goes with Flint, and will only be a back-fighter. He will not have a health bar, and he does little damage. He can give you Medicinal Herbs though, which restore roughly 20-40 HP, so those are pretty helpful.

He has a connection to the Magypsy and frogs, How is a mystery.
